How long do I have to return my order?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to communicate your intention to return the product.


 Who is responsible for transportation costs?
  • In the case that the product arrives defective or sent does not correspond to the order, the shipping charges will be borne by SPORTOWIN.

  • In the case that the product is not to your liking and decide to return or exchange it for a different one, the shipping will be paid by the Customer.

 How quickly process the refund?

The amount of the proceeds will be paid within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal is communicated.


Requirements for the Return of an order
  • Being refund within: 14 days from receipt of the product.

  • Contact Customer Service for SPORTOWIN to inform them that you wish to make returning a product.

  • The product must retain the original packaging.

  • The product will be in good.

  • The product must be returned with all documentation included in the first shipment.

  • The product should be well packaged to avoid damage and impacts in the transport.

 What if my bill is not sent along with the order?
  • If you have not received the invoice order or simply want to have one more copy you can download and / or print it in your Users Zone in www.sportowin.com

  • You can also request the invoice of your order by email info@sportowin.com providing the order number or packing slip.
